Since 1996 every Israeli Government has committed not to build any new settlements.

The facts are:
Today there are around 100 outposts spread throughout the West Bank.
Since Sharon was elected in 2001 around 50 outposts have been established.
Around 1500 people are estimated to be living in the outposts.
