Date established: April 1999.
The closest settlement:  Karnei Shomron, at a distance of 2 km as the crow flies.
Government or Minister of Defense approval for its establishment: None (there is a decision regarding the establishment of Karnei Shomron).
Nature of land rights: State lands.
Body which allocated the land: Planning approval agreement with the Zionist Histadrut (the contract was not found).
Planning status:  None.  There are plans which were not promoted because the political echelon did not approve.
Jurisdiction: Karnei Shomron Regional Council.
Number of inhabitants: 28 families.
Type of construction:  39 caravans; 2 permanent structures; 2 guard booths; 3 tin cabins; an electricity room; a playground; a water tank; perimeter lighting; an asphalt access road.
Body financing the establishment: The Ministry of Housing financed infrastructures in the amount of 700,000 NIS, and public buildings in the amount of 950,000 NIS.  TOTAL:  1,650,000 NIS.
Connection to electricity grid: Connection to the electricity grid has been approved.
Connection to water system:
Note:  The Civil Administration claims that Assistant Minister of Defense for Settlements Vardi approved the transfer of caravans to the site.
