Peace Now maintains that the occupation with all its implications is not an implacable situation. The assassinations are immoral, they bring destruction and the killing of innocent people, lead to more terrorist attacks and as such strike at the security of the people of Israel.

Peace Now strongly opposes the highly charged attacks by governmental, political and military elements against the signatories of the pilots' letter and their supporters. These attacks are an attempt to discredit the peace forces in the country.
